Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delays

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, contact us at support@whiskerspot.com for assistance.

Damaged in Transit

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Damage caused by personal use or misuse is not eligible for a refund.
