📦 Whiskerspot Return & Refund Policy

We want you (and your pets) to love every Whiskerspot purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of used pet toys or items that show signs of wear.

3. Process

  • Contact our support team at support@whiskerspot.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or missing in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos.

  • We only issue refunds or replacements if the product was damaged or lost before it reached you.

  • If the damage is caused by personal use or misuse, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us for a resolution.
