📦 Whiskerspot Return & Refund Policy
We want you (and your pets) to love every Whiskerspot purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of used pet toys or items that show signs of wear.
3. Process

Contact our support team at support@whiskerspot.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos.

We only issue refunds or replacements if the product was damaged or lost before it reached you.

If the damage is caused by personal use or misuse, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
